The Customer Service Team members are in place to facilitate the entire process; from initial information gathering through the delivery of your piece. Our goal is to keep strong lines of communication open between you and your company and the Amy Howard Collection managers, craftsmen and artists working on your piece.

Order Policies and Procedures

Each piece is pictured with standard dimensions and finishes. Pieces can be ordered in custom finishes, art and color. Contact us for pricing. We are able to customize most of our pieces to meet your specific dimensions and finish preferences. Contact us for quotes on customized pieces.

All of our pieces are bench made and hand finished, slight variances may occur. We consider this adds depth beauty and texture to the uniqueness and character of the piece, replicating a found object. Small irregularities in surfaces and finishes are the hallmarks of our distressing and aging techniques. Each piece should be cared for as a fine antique.

A $100 charge applies for strike off finishes in a custom color or finish. Art samples begin at $200. This per sample fee will be deducted from your order. All samples are the property of Amy Howard; therefore, samples will be returned due to artistic copyrights. Charges are for labor and color blending.

Due to the fact that all our orders are customized to client specifications, order cancellations are not possible after the piece is in production. Amy Howard collection is sold through to the trade only showrooms. Order delivery is generally 10-12 weeks after all paperwork is completed and received along with a 50% deposit.

All orders accepted are proforma. All orders are shipped freight collect. A 1.5% fee will be charged on a monthly basis for all past due invoices. Acceptance from a predefined common carrier constitutes delivery. All intransit damage claims are between the carrier and consignee.
